自10/27丟出Resignation letter之後 瘋狗到處喊冤 說她有多百思不得其解 為什麼我要離職

昨天瘋狗裝出噁心的嘴臉 要跟我"談一談" 為了不讓她廢話太多 只好拿了個理由搪塞

今天一早葛大和Jonathan開了個小會 泡了杯咖啡 走到我旁邊來 露出招牌笑容 對我勾勾手指 叫我跟他進會議室 看他那個臉 實在是嚴肅不起來...笑得我都開心了

一進會議室 他劈頭就講 "You know what this for, rite? I don't approve your resignation. I know why you wanna leave, not the reason you told Kelly. I have talked to Jonathan, I know the situation already."

我笑開了 不知該怎麼接下去 葛大自己倒是呼嚕呼嚕的講了下去

他知道瘋狗的行為已經讓大家抓狂了

他知道瘋狗自以為是老闆娘的行為同時也撕裂團隊向心力

"Kelly is the first one came to me say you are leaving, I asked her why, she said maybe Kay doesn't want to work for company anymore. I think...no, Kay is working under Kelly, but she doesn't know why you want to leave. There must be something wrong."

"Kelly needs to wake up for this whole situation. This is my responsibility to manage the team, it's really not your fault." 他不停的說這不是我的錯

"This is a very difficult decision that I made to leave this company, because I like you guys very much and I like this company. I worked so hard not for her, it's for this company. We all want it to grow..." 講到這兒 想到我這一年多來的委屈 我忍不住飆淚 在葛大面前 差點沒把他嚇呆

" I will not approve your resignation for this reason. I will not let you go if it's about Kelly. I have discussed with Jonathan, we will divide Sales & Marketing, and if you want to work as Customer Service then you will transfer to under Jonathan. You might need some times for the hand over, but after that you will report directly to Jonathan."

" I gurantee you that you will not under Kelly from today, I gurantee you."

" If we found someone who works really good here, and she is leaving just because of Kelly, I would not allow it"

"Kelly complained a lot about that she couldn't get internal support, I wondered there must be something wrong about her, she has steped on many people's toes" 

葛大今天所講的話 在在讓我很感動 他說他現在不能失去任何一個人

他呼嚕呼嚕的講了一堆 其實我記不太得 但重點在於 他要我留下來所以提議了給我加薪 再給我調換工作

那是一種肯定吧 是老闆肯定我在這公司存在的價值 而希望我繼續留任的肯定吧

小艾說 "妳應該留下來~" 查理也說 "妳應該留下...既然Glenn給你這樣的提議, 如果你不留下 那麼就會有人在你背後不停的講 說你離開不是因為她, 可是如果你留下 那麼就是很明顯的表示她就是那主要原因, 會讓老闆更清楚 你是因為她才要離開的"

說我不感動 是騙人的 我不過是個小小職員 但葛大願意做出這樣的讓步跟妥協 親自出面來說這件事 的確很讓我心動 

"Honestly, I have a job offer~ I do appreciate of your proposal but I need to think about it" 我含著淚醬子跟大老闆說

" I know~ and I know you will not leave without any other job offer. I know it's not that attractive, so~ think about it, please"

是該仔細想一想的~
